The African Union is increasingly becoming a powerful, legitimate, and credible regional and international player with influence on the policies and practices of its member states. The AU provides thought leadership on African norms, standards, and policies.

Because of the critical role the AU plays in Africa’s integration, several actors have engaged with the AU. More actors want to engage with the AU’s political, economic, and socio-cultural initiatives but do not know how to do so in a mutually beneficial way. The enormity of the size of the AU, the complexities of its structures and systems, and the AU’s inability to share enough about its work sometimes makes it difficult to see value in investing in AU’s engagement.

Our introductory and advanced training on the AU provides government officials, political parties, civil society organisations, the media, faith-based institutions, international organisations and partners, and corporate leaders with the knowledge and skills required to advance their mandates and interests within the AU framework. Delivered by current and former AU leaders and experts, our training modules are practical, hands-on, and tailor-made to meet the needs of our clients.
